These face-to-face workshops are designed to empower workers and employers in effectively managing hazardous manual tasks through the renowned PErforM (Participative Ergonomics for Manual Tasks) program.

PErforM fosters worker engagement in enhancing job safety, yielding positive outcomes seen across various industries:
